The answer is a definite yes, but it does take some work.

The Accelerated Vibration Training motor sends vibrations that travel into the activated muscle groups. These vibrations stimulate the body’s reflexes to result in alternating muscle contractions and relaxations.
In addition to fast-twitch muscle fibers being stimulated, weight loss can be achieved, cardio health and circulation improved, bone health increased, anabolic hormones secreted and reflex pathways awakened.
