3G Cardio AVT exercise tips: quadriceps (hip flexor) stretch

An excellent way to stretch the quads and hip flexors is on the 3G Cardio® AVT™ 3.0, 5.0 or 6.0 Vibration Machines.

It’s very important to keep the quadriceps muscles and hip flexors stretched out, especially for runners. If these muscles are too tight they can lead to pelvic tilt, which can affect function and even posture,
An excellent way to stretch the quads and hip flexors is on the 3G Cardio® AVT™ 3.0, 5.0 or 6.0 Vibration Machines.
To get an outstanding stretch, position your knee and shin on the 3G Cardio® AVT™ Vibration Machine platform ensuring the foot remains off the Plate.
While keeping the upper body and back straight, tense your stomach.
By pushing your pelvis forward you’ll be stretching your quadriceps.
Vary this exercise by pulling the rear leg forward.
