Machines help build strong, defined biceps by effectively isolating the muscles used in your arms.
Here are some tips on how to do biceps curls on the award-winning 3G Cardio machines:
Stand with your toes slightly under the edge of the 3G Cardio® AVT™ Vibration Machine platform for support and hold the straps tightly at waist height. While keeping knees bent slightly, keep back and wrists straight and pull your arms upward. You should feel tension in the shoulders and biceps.
To train the biceps in different ways, adjust the length of the straps. Focus on using just biceps to isolate them more.
Weak biceps could result in a biceps tendon rupture or the development of conditions such as elbow tendonitis or bicipital tendonitis of the shoulder.
Exercising and strengthening the biceps regularly helps greatly reduce the chance on an injury.
NOTE: Consult with your doctor before beginning any new exercise program.
