13 Apr 3G Cardio AVT exercise tips: Latissimus Dip
The traditional Latissimus Dip is enhanced in a fun, highly effective way on the 3G Cardio® 5 or 6 AVT™ Vibration Training Machine.
Position your hands on the mat, shoulder width apart. Keeping wrists and forearms straight gently push off the handles. It is important to keep the hips straight and to push the shoulders downward. This exercise promotes muscular arms, shoulders and abdomen. Try doing the same exercise but this time keep your legs straight.
Vary width of hand placement to slightly change workout.
Dips are an excellent way to work the triceps, as well as the anterior deltoid, lats and chest muscles.
