Lateral Abdominal exercises are an excellent way to work the lateral abdomen muscles.

To perform Lateral Abdominals on the vibration machine, position one foot directly behind the other and place one elbow on the vibration plate and lean sideways.
Keep your head, torso, and legs straight, while pushing your shoulders down and tightening your torso.
