3G Cardio AVT exercise tips: calf massage

One of the body parts that benefits the most from massage on the 3G Cardio® Vibration Machines are the calf muscles, which are very important to keep properly stretched and massaged.

The gastrocnemius and soleus muscles make up the calves and they help you walk, run and jump. Calf muscles are extremely powerful as they help support all your body weight and act in direct concert with the knee and ankle joints. Not surprisingly, when calf muscles are injured they can take a long time to recover properly and the entire body suffers. Calf problems can lead to further injuries, such as with the Achilles’ tendons.
