How does a whole body vibration training plate make you stronger?

In traditional exercise a person gets stronger by increasing the weight load (mass) they work out with. Force = mass * acceleration (F=m*a)

When using Accelerated Vibration Training (AVT™) instead of loading up the mass, the acceleration is increased. And for countless people they have been able to increase the force through a change in acceleration with much better results than using weights.

People can get stronger in less time and with less risk to the body through Accelerated Vibration Training (AVT™).

The 3G Cardio AVT™ 5.0 Accelerated Vibration Training Plate and 3G Cardio AVT™ 6.0 Accelerated Vibration Training Plate use accelerated vibration training, or AVT, to contract muscles 30 to 50 times per second.

With Accelerated Vibration Training (AVT) more muscles and nerve pathways are engaged through the vibrations.

As the user gets into various positions – such as standing, kneeling, lying sitting – and performs exercises on the 3G Cardio 5.0 Accelerated Vibration Training Plate and 3G Cardio AVT™ 6.0 Accelerated Vibration Training Plate, whole body reactions are set off.

The user can obviously control the movements they do – static holds (ie: single-leg hold, squat position) or dynamic movements (pushups, loaded squats).

However, as they’re doing these exercises a series of involuntary reactions in the body for the connective tissues, neuromuscular, vascular and hormonal systems are taking place.

When a muscle is stretched, muscle spindles send signals to the spinal cord, which sends a signal back that causes a reflexive muscle contraction where the stretch was received. These are called monosynaptic pathways because a single synapse actives the reflex contraction.

Accelerated Vibration Training (AVT) also stimulates polysynaptic pathways involving pathways that connect sensory and motor signals. When this occurs in a muscle such as the hamstring, the muscle spindles in the area are stimulated up to 30-50 times per second in alternating fashion.

This allows an increase in power, strength and also flexibility.

Accelerated Vibration Training (AVT) uses up to 95 percent of muscle fibers, compared to just 20 percent with traditional gym equipment.

Studies have shown this alternating sequence of muscle contraction and relaxation even opens up new movement pathways, or in other words increases motor learning.

As an end result, strength is not only increased, but flexibility, balance and range of motion are improved as well because of a greater functional connection from the central nervous system to the body.

There, in essence, is one of the biggest keys to the 3G Cardio AVT™ 5.0 Accelerated Vibration Training Plate and 3G AVT™ Cardio 6.0 Accelerated Vibration Training Plate.

By exercising for as little as 30 minutes a day, three times a week on the machine a person can gain strength, balance and flexibility that they likely would have never have achieved with traditional weight lifting methods.
