3G Cardio AVT exercise tips: Full Squat or Deep Squat

The squat is one of the most basic and important exercises a person can do.

Thanks to the award-winning 3G Cardio® AVT™ Vibration Machines, a full squat can be performed more effectively and safely.

Instead of loading up an Olympic bar or weight stack and moving up and down doing squats with the knees at risk, with whole body vibration training you hold a squat position and let the vibrations do a lot of the work.

Stand on the vibration plate with feet flat and shoulder-width apart on the platform. While keeping your knees directly above your feet, gently bend your knees to an almost parallel position for a full squat and squeeze your leg muscles. Keeping your back straight, bend your upper body forward. This exercise strengthens the back, buttocks, and legs.

As with a regular squat, try adjusting heel pressure for preferred results while keeping body weight on heels and. Varying the width of your stance will also change muscle usage.

The 3G Cardio Accelerated Vibration Training AVT™ Exercise App that can be downloaded free to your I-pad from iTunes can help train you on exactly how to use the machine. The App is broken into three workout options – strength training, stretching or massage.

Simply touch the program you want and it will pull up videos with audio that will take you through a complete program.
Vibration training works by skipping the traditional “Progression of muscle fatigue” by almost immediately calling into action all fast- and slow-twitch muscles as the body reacts to the instability of the vibrations as you’re on the platform.
